WHAT IS HAPPENING?
We have received notification from Magnesa that the issue is currently resolved and the Magnesa terminals are fully operational.

WHEN IS THIS HAPPENING?
We previously sent out a notification that merchants processing through the Magensa Gateway were unable to process.

WHO IS IMPACTED?
Merchants using iDynamo, Udynamo, & TDynamo devices on the Magensa Gateway

WHAT DO I NEED TO DO?
Please contact Fullsteam Payment Services at (334) 329-6775, option #4 if you are still experiencing issues.

WHAT IS HAPPENING?
We have confirmed that iDynamo, UDynamo, & TDynamo devices using the Magensa Gateway are receiving decline messages when attempting to process transactions.Virtual Terminal Transactions & Card-Not-Present Transactions are working properly. 

WHEN IS THIS HAPPENING?
The issue is currently ongoing, and we are working to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Merchants using iDynamo, Udynamo, & TDynamo devices on the Magensa Gateway 

WHAT DO I NEED TO DO?
We are aware of the issue and working to resolve it as quickly as possible. Please continue to try processing transactions if possible or use alternate processing methods such as virtual terminal and card-not-present manual transactions.
