This issue is currently resolved and the Vantiv- Tripos-cloud terminals are fully operational.

We are actively monitoring an ongoing issue affecting Vantiv-Tripos-cloud terminals and may be presenting decline messages when attempting to process transactions.

Transaction rates appear to be improving, however we will continue to monitor.
